This event will be held at Guilford Spectrum.
The event will use the current Southeast Floor and Vault criteria.
The competition is for gymnasts at 2 levels: Gymnast’s training up to 5 hours a week (Category 1) and gymnasts training up to 8 hours a week (Category 2).
Competitors will perform a floor routine on a 12 x 12 square and compete two vaults – highest score counts.
