The competition is for gymnasts at 3 levels
- Gymnasts training 1 hour (Category A)
- Gymnasts training up to 2 hours a week (Category 1)
- Gymnasts training up to 4 hours a week (Category 2).
Competitors will perform a floor routine following the NEW South East Regional criteria for 2025 and compete two vaults – highest score counts.
There will be a £5 charge for spectators.
