Welcome to the Southeast Regional Floor and Vault Competition General Gymnastics: Intermediate level 2026
This event will be held at Guilford Spectrum on 28 June and will use the Southeast Floor and Vault criteria (v8, 2026).
The competition is for gymnasts at 2 levels:
- Gymnasts training up to 2 hours a week (Category 1)
- Gymnasts training up to 4 hours a week (Category 2)
Competitors will perform a floor routine on a strip and compete two vaults – highest score counts.
